Pure A2 desi cow ghee, made the traditional way. My first real look inside a startup, from product decisions to a ₹25 lakh seed round.

Every startup begins with a problem worth solving. Shudhttam began with builders who wanted to make something meaningful for its users.
Turning that idea into a product took research, execution, teamwork and persistence. The conversations slowly became a company with a clear mission, a defined market and a sense of the opportunity it was going after. The product promise is simple: A2 desi cow ghee, bilona churned, with no additives.
I came in through the startup ecosystem around Jugaad Mela, where I connected with the founding team and got interested in what they were building. I started by contributing to product thinking, planning and strategy conversations. The more I engaged, the more I wanted to be inside an early-stage company, so my involvement deepened until I became an active co-founder, someone who showed up and executed, not only someone with opinions.
Helped define the product scope, map user problems to features, and keep the roadmap tied to business goals instead of a wish list.
Looked at the competitive landscape and user needs to get a clearer picture of where Shudhttam fits and what it should not try to be.
Took part in ideation on core features and in the harder conversation of which problems to solve first.
Discussed channels, user acquisition and the growth levers that could put the product in front of its target audience.
Joined planning sessions on revenue models, partnerships and how to build sustainable operations.
Helped turn ideas into action plans through documentation, coordination and accountability, so decisions became work that shipped.
₹25 lakhBig Fish Pool Season 4
One of the best moments of my time at Shudhttam was watching the startup secure ₹25 lakh at Big Fish Pool Season 4, hosted by CT University.
Fundraising is always a team effort, but being close to it showed me how a startup communicates its vision, validates an opportunity and builds investor confidence. The preparation, the pitch and the questions each taught me something about how funding works on the ground, and about what it takes to earn trust.

Brought founders, students, mentors and startup communities into the same room. That exposure played a real part in the startup's funding and growth journey.
Moments

The best products are built around genuine pain, not assumptions. Understand the problem before jumping to solutions.
Ideas are easy. Speed, accountability and follow-through separate startups that ship from ones that stall.
A great product nobody discovers is an interesting experiment. Growth deserves the same thought as features.
Collaboration, trust and shared ownership of outcomes make the difference.
Pitching to investors or aligning a team, clear communication is the backbone of a startup.
Watching a real round taught me more about investor trust, narrative and business validation than any book.
Shudhttam was one of the first experiences that showed me how product, strategy, business and execution come together in the real world.
It strengthened my interest in Product Management, Product Analytics and building startups. More than knowledge, it gave me conviction, the kind that only comes from being inside a startup and seeing how it operates under pressure.
Every user conversation, funding discussion and product debate made me a sharper, more grounded thinker, and those lessons still shape how I approach problems, products and opportunities.
